AEK Betsson BC is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Marko Pecarski (25 y.o., 2.08m).

Marko has signed a two-year contract with the “Queen”, through the end of the 2026–2027 season.

BIOGRAPHY

Marko Pecarski was born on February 12, 2000, in Gijón, Spain, and plays as a forward/center. He is the son of former Serbian international Miroslav Pecarski and has competed at a high club level as well as with Serbia’s youth national teams, earning notable accolades.

He began his career at the Partizan Academy and played in the ABA League for six seasons, standing out in particular with FMP, where he averaged 12.3 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 2.1 assists during the 2019–2021 seasons.

Last season, he averaged 11.3 points and 6.8 rebounds per game in the EuroCup with Lietkabelis before moving to Istanbul to join Darüşşafaka. There, he posted averages of 5.6 points and 3.1 rebounds in the Turkish League.

Pecarski represented Serbia at the youth national level, most notably being named top scorer and MVP of the 2018 FIBA U18 European Championship, where he led his team to the gold medal.
