Agreement with Charis Bilionis

AEK BC and AEK BC ACADEMY, with eyes on the future, are pleased to announce the acquisition of international power forward/center Charis Bilionis (17 years old, 2.03m).

The young player has already joined AEK’s educational program and participates in both the Men’s and U18 teams’ training sessions, under the guidance of Dragan Sakota and Lefteris Kalogirou respectively.

BIOGRAPHY

Charalampos (Charis) Bilionis took his first basketball steps at PAOK’s Academy, followed by Aris, with whom he won a silver medal in the EKASTH Championship with the U15 and U16 teams, earning a call-up to the Greek U14 National Team. He then returned to PAOK, winning a bronze medal in the EKASTH Championship with the U16 team and receiving a call-up to the Greek U16 National Team. At 16, he competed with Iraklis’ Men’s team, celebrating the club’s promotion back to the Stoiximan GBL last season.

Charis was one of the standout players at the 2025 Pangos All-Euro Camp, held from August 6 to 7 at the AEK BC ACADEMY SPORTS CENTER.
