Head Coach Dragan Šakota commented on tomorrow’s away BCL game against Szolnoki in Hungary, where the “Queen” will once again take the floor with a makeshift lineup:
“Tomorrow we complete our obligations in the first round of the BCL. We have secured first place, and that is of great importance. Over the last six days, we have played three games with many absences, one of which went to overtime, while the other two were against two of the best teams in Europe. Therefore, it is an opportunity to share minutes and rest our top players, while still going there with the mentality to play hard and win, even if the game is of no importance in terms of standings. We will not give up.
Szolnoki showed elements of good basketball in the first game, and we will show the required seriousness in order to play as well as possible.”
