AEK BC Head Coach, Dragan Šakota, spoke about tomorrow’s matchup with Maroussi at Agios Thomas Indoor Hall:

“When we played Maroussi last season, the game was again very important for both teams, but I have to say that last year’s team has nothing to do with this year’s Maroussi squad.

Maroussi is a very good team with a very good coach, and it is for sure the toughest away game we are called to play so far, whether in Greece or in Europe. They are a balanced team with good scorers, and we expect a tough game, which would definitely require more than two days of preparation…”
