-So, do you know that you have an ancient greek name? Do you know who the \u201chandsome Adonis\u201d was in Mythology?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cOf course, I know about my Greek name. I know who \u2018Adonis\u2019 is. I believe I represent his reputation quite well (laughs).\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n -Can we assume that you will visit Acropolis or other archaeological sites when you arrive in Athens?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cYes. I like to explore things anyway and learn more about the history of each place, especially the ones where I play. I prefer to see them up close rather than just in pictures, so I will definitely visit them, especially since I already have a connection with Greece through my name\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n -Do you have a nickname, or is \u2018Adonis\u2019 enough?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI\u2019ve had many nicknames over the years from teammates and coaches. \u2018AA\u2019, \u2018Double A\u2019, \u2018TwoFive\u2019 are just some of them\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n -How did you decide to take the step and come to Europe?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c\u0399 was waiting to hear back from my agent on what\u2019s best for me moving forward after the NBA Summer League was finished.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n – What do you know about AEK?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI tried to learn things from the very first moment their interest appeared. I admit I don\u2019t know much. But I had already spoken some time ago with some former and current players, like Hale and Gray. I also spoke with others who know quite a lot about AEK.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n -You spoke with Coach Dragan Sakota. What were your impressions?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI learned about his coaching career. I know about the players he guided who eventually made it to the NBA. And I won\u2019t hide from you that my absolute goal, my dream, is also to play in the NBA one day. Anyway, I spoke with \u2018Coach D\u2019. He encouraged me about my talent and what I can bring to the team which I appreciated very much. He seems like a cool guy. He\u2019s a winner. Obviously, I\u2019ll have more conversations with him now in person. I\u2019m sure they\u2019ll be very interesting.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
